Welcome to xp786 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and xp786 governing your access to and use of the website located at xp786.cam, including all associated services, games, promotions and features made available through the Platform.

xp786 is an English-language online gaming information and wagering platform that serves users across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — as well as international users. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and esports), live casino games, slots, instant games and related content.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the xp786 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. We strongly encourage you to read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a User on the xp786 Platform, used to access services, manage funds and place wagers.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds and/or eligible bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, being the process by which xp786 confirms a User's identity, age and other information as required by the operator's compliance obligations.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, instant game or other betting market made available through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or operator policy.
• "Services" — collectively, all products, games, betting markets, promotions, support functions and other features available through the Platform.
• "Operator" — the entity that holds the applicable gaming licence under which the Platform operates. Licence details are displayed in the Platform's footer or licence disclosure section.

To register and maintain an account on xp786 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Being 18 years of age does not in itself make gambling lawful under Pakistani law.
2. You are legally permitted under the laws of your country of residence or current location to participate in online gambling activities.
3. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by the Operator from time to time.
4. You are registering on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for any third party.
5. You have not previously been excluded from xp786 or any related platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or by operator action.
6. All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device or same IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, bonus funds being voided, and winnings potentially being withheld pending investigation.

As part of the registration and ongoing compliance process, xp786 may require you to submit identity verification documents. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash account in your name)
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by the Operator's compliance procedures

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe — or upon specific request — may result in Account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. xp786 processes KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Deposits are made in the currency or currencies supported by the Platform at the time of transaction. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is displayed, amounts shown such as PKR 1,000 or PKR 25,000 reflect reference values only. The actual currency and conversion rate applied will be confirmed at the point of deposit.

Payment methods available on the Platform are subject to change. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made for contextual recognition only. None of these payment providers endorse, support or affiliate with xp786 or any gambling activity. Users are responsible for confirming the availability of their preferred payment method at the time of transaction.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• xp786 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities where this is restricted by the applicable operator's licence terms.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately, subject to payment provider processing times. xp786 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Currency & Conversion

Where a User's deposit currency differs from the Platform's base currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the value of deposits, bonuses and withdrawals. xp786 is not responsible for any loss arising from currency conversion.

Users may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received and are subject to the timelines of the relevant payment method.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar month. These limits are displayed in the cashier section.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• xp786 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.
• Processing times vary by payment method. xp786 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed in the cashier, but does not guarantee specific timelines due to third-party payment provider dependencies.

xp786 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, VIP rewards and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL T20 matches and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while certain table games, live casino games and sports markets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion details.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds expire and are removed from the Account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may forfeit the earlier bonus.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per individual bet or spin is set at the level stated in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Abuse Prevention: xp786 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms or co-ordinated multi-account strategies.

xp786 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in use by a User, except where required by applicable regulatory obligations.

All wagers placed on the xp786 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each market, in addition to these general Terms. Users are encouraged to review the relevant market rules — available within the Platform's sports betting and casino sections — before placing any wager.

Sports Betting

• Odds are displayed at the time a bet is placed and are subject to change until the wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delays. xp786 is not responsible for any bets placed after an in-play event has concluded where the outcome was already determined at the point of placement.
• Match abandonment, postponement and cancellation rules vary by sport and are detailed in the platform's sport-specific rules. In most cases, abandoned matches are voided unless a result has been officially declared by the governing body.
• Cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches and bilateral series — are settled according to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) calculations where applicable. Match void rules follow the relevant cricket board's official determination.

Casino & Instant Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are independent, and past outcomes do not influence future ones.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical fault, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account. xp786 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game studios and are available within the game information panels. xp786 does not modify RTP values.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xp786 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or betting systems
• Colluding with other users, dealers or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or other strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms or produce risk-free returns in breach of promotion conditions
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using stolen payment credentials
• Harassing, abusing or threatening xp786 staff, support agents or other users
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation

xp786 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity. It is not a method of generating income, resolving financial difficulties or recovering previous losses. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help users maintain control of their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through the Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: A cap on the maximum amount a User can lose within a defined period, configurable in the responsible gambling section of the Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic reminders sent after a User-defined session duration to encourage breaks from play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on Account access, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, activated on request through Account settings or support.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and the User is removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted through the Responsible Gambling section or via support.

All content on the xp786 Platform — including but not limited to the xp786 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data feeds, game assets and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of xp786 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or publishing any Platform content without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the Platform
• Using xp786 branding or assets in any external publication, advertisement or third-party website
• Scraping, data-mining or otherwise extracting Platform data through automated means

Any breach of xp786's intellectual property rights may result in Account suspension and legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by xp786.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xp786 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or revenue arising from technical failures, game malfunctions or Platform unavailability
• Losses arising from a User's failure to read and understand these Terms or applicable game rules
• Any unauthorised access to a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss or corruption of data transmitted through the Platform
• Any decision, action or omission taken by a User in reliance on Platform content, odds or game information

xp786's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xp786 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance obligations and the provision of Platform services. xp786 does not sell user data to third parties.

Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to the Operator's legal retention obligations. Data subject requests should be submitted to [email protected].

xp786 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect User rights, bonus conditions or withdrawal procedures — xp786 will provide reasonable notice through a notification displayed upon login or an email to the registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the closure procedure described in the Account settings section.

The date shown at the top of this page under "Last Updated" reflects when the current version of these Terms was published. Prior versions are available upon written request submitted to support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licence jurisdiction, as disclosed in the Platform's licence information section.

In the event of a dispute between a User and xp786, Users are encouraged to first contact the support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. xp786 aims to resolve all support queries within a reasonable timeframe.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by the Operator's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available in the Platform's licensing information section.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment under Pakistani law, and xp786 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan.
